If you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date—no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (as recorded in your enrollment confirmation email).
- First-Time Enrollment: The refund policy applies to first-time enrollments in a specific course only. If you have previously purchased and refunded the same course, you are not eligible for an additional refund.
- Course Completion: You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content (as tracked by our platform) at the time of your refund request. This threshold ensures the guarantee is used for genuine evaluation of the course rather than for obtaining course content for free.
- Certificate Not Issued: If a Certificate of Completion has been issued during the 14-day period, refund eligibility may be affected and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Course Access Terms
4.1 Immediate Access
All courses are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content through your student dashboard. No physical products are shipped.
4.2 Access Duration
Unless otherwise specified in the course description, enrollment includes lifetime access to the course materials, including any updates published during the active support period. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the course remains available on our platform.
4.3 Access Revocation
Course access may be revoked if:
- A refund has been issued for the course.
- The student violates our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing accounts, redistributing content).
- The account is terminated due to fraudulent activity.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Bundle Packages: Multi-course bundles purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable once any course within the bundle has been accessed. Individual courses within the bundle may be refunded per the standard 14-day policy if accessed independently.
- Certification Exam Fees: Fees paid specifically for certification exams (separate from course enrollment fees) are non-refundable once the exam has been attempted.
- Corporate/Enterprise Contracts: Custom corporate training engagements are subject to the refund terms outlined in the individual service agreement and are not covered by this general policy.
- Gift Enrollments: Gift purchases may be refunded only if the gift recipient has not yet redeemed the enrollment.
6. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during promotional periods (sales, discounts, coupon codes) are still eligible for our 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for promotional purchases will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the original listed price.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team may result in the suspension of your account and all associated course access. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly.
